Get answers to common questions about Lash Removal.
Most removal sessions take 20–45 minutes depending on extension volume and adhesive strength. A full consultation precedes removal to assess lash health. We prioritize gentle methods to prevent natural lash damage and may schedule follow-up care if necessary.
When performed by our certified technicians using proper solvent and technique, removal does not damage natural lashes. We avoid forceful pulling and assess each lash, ensuring gentle adhesive dissolution and minimizing risk of breakage or long-term thinning.
We do not recommend DIY removal. Improper solvents or tugging can strip natural lashes or injure eyelids. Professional removal uses safe products and trained hands to dissolve adhesive completely while protecting lashes and surrounding skin.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours. Bring details about previous extensions or allergies. Plan for a 30–45 minute visit; relaxing during the process helps ensure safe, efficient removal.
Use gentle, fragrance-free cleansers and avoid mascara for 48 hours. Apply nourishing lash serums as directed to support regrowth. Avoid rubbing eyes, steam, and heavy eye makeup for several days to allow follicles to recover fully.
We usually recommend waiting at least 1–2 weeks after removal to let natural lashes recover. If lashes appear healthy during consultation, a touch-up or new set may be applied sooner using a customized plan and gentle bonding.
